Welcome to my Beauty Blog! I blog every other day, but sometimes I throw in an extra blog post. All of my posts are written with love, to help and inspire other beauty lovers out there! I created this page in case people want to know more about the ins and outs of my blog. Below I’ll list what kind of programs I use, information about my camera, how I got my layout and more!
The site
I started my blog on February 5, 2010. I didn’t know a lot about blogging or the beauty world back then, but I loved reading product reviews. I’ve always been very creative as well, so when my passion for make-up started to develop I started to experiment more with make-up looks. People around me encouraged me to share that with the rest of the world so I started a blog, which turned into an addiction! Earlier this year I got my own domain and I use Site meter (free) to keep track of the visits, page views etc.
Pictures
I use an an Exilim EX-FC100 by Casio to take pictures for my blog. I edit my pictures with the help of Photoscape which is a free program. For my layout (and some of the pages/posts from my blog) I use pictures from Fotolia, a place where you can get stock images. These pictures are legally bought.
