FOTD: Electric Blue
(EDIT: My blog has been offline for a couple of days, sorry about that! There was a little issue with the domain name, but the problem is resolved now).
Remember the blue jeans from the previous blog post? I decided to wear them today, and when I was doing my make-up I thought ''hey, why not add a bit of blue eyeliner as well?''. So I experimented a bit and came up with two eye looks: the bright blue eyeliner with pink lips (left) & the black and blue eyeliner with nude lips (right). My sister prefers the second look because it defines my eyes a lot better, I kinda like the simplicity of the first look too though!
Here you can see some of the products I used. First of all: The Stila smudge pot gel eyeliner in Cobalt clutch. I love that shade, it really makes my eyes pop! I also used the 24/7 glide-on pencil by Urban Decay in the colour Zero. (This is not my favourite eye pencil and now I remember why, it doesn't stay on my waterline at all). The pink lipstick is called Paris, it's one of the NYX round lipsticks. Last but not least, I'm wearing a tiny bit of the Rasberry ice cream blush by Catrice.
I added some black liquid eyeliner (Catrice) and on my lips I'm wearing one of the Apocalips lip lacquers by Rimmel, the shade is called Phenomenon. On my waterline I applied a black eyeshadow (Black bear from the first Essential Eye palette) and I also applied a bit of silver eyeshadow to the inner corner of my eye (the shade Tinsel from the Sleek Sparkle palette).
What is your favourite look? The bright eyeliner with the bright lips or the more defined eyes with the nude lips?

A little close-up of the first look. I forgot how much I love gel eyeliner! It's so easy to apply.

And here's a close-up of my second look. That taupe ish shade of eyeshadow I'm wearing all over my eyelid is called Maowi, it's part of the Essential eye palette by Louise Young. (I added a little bit of Mockingbird, a shade from the second Essential eye palette as well).
