Two looks with lots of 'Naked' and falsies!

I’ve probably said this before, but I’m not a huge fan of false eyelashes. They’re a bit messy to work with (or maybe I’m just too clumsy) and removing them can be a pain. But once in a while, I feel like playing around with them to spice up my make-up look. Yesterday was one of those days. I was experimenting with my Naked palette and for some reason the look just seemed a bit boring. It was time to reach out to some falsies! Below you can see how the look turned out. Friday afternoon is also ‘play with make-up’ day to me and my younger sister, so I added her look as well! ;)

The look is very simple, I’ve been using a lot of bright colours lately so this time I wanted to go for neutral shades. I used Virgin, Naked, Gunmetal, Hustle and Creep. On the lips I’m wearing a lipstick by Catrice and a Cargo lip gloss. And if you’re interested in swatches of the Naked palette, you can find them here. It’s a gorgeous palette, especially if you like neutral shades!

My sister used Virgin, Buck, Toasted, Smog and Darkhorse. This was her first time applying false eyelashes by herself, and I think that she did an excellent job! She’s wearing her favourite Sephora lipstick on her lips. We both used a very affordable eyelash glue, you can find more about that here.

That’s all for now! Next time we want to do a look based on a TV show again, so if you have any ideas let us know ;) I’m leaning towards Supernatural, but my sister is a huge fan of vampires...
