Review: L'oréal True Match foundation

I've been using this foundation for a couple of weeks now, it's time for a review! L'oréal True Match foundation is a pretty well-known foundation in beauty land, so I couldn't wait to give it a try. I love liquid foundation with a pump, so when this foundation was on sale I grabbed it as fast as I could! Usually it's around 13,99 Euro, which isn't super expensive but not really cheap either.

I have the lightest shade, C1 Rose Ivory, and it suits me perfectly! The foundation is pretty thin which makes it really easy to blend. I feel like it gives me a bit of a healthy glow as well. It stays in place all day long, although you do have to set it with some powder. You also have to be careful that you don't use too much either, because then it will look very cakey. You won't get a flawless coverage with this one, but that can be fixed with the help of some concealer ;)

Okay, my skin is not in its best condition right now, but above you can see how the foundation looks on my face. I like that it feels very light on the skin and that it matches my skin tone so well! I'd have liked a bit more coverage (building up doesn't work for me because then it will just get cakey) and there's no SPF in this either. The dewey finish is lovely though! You can't see it very well because the lighting was awful today, but below I have another picture:

Here's a picture with the foundation all over my face. I didn't use any other products (besides a tiny bit of lip balm and eyeliner). I have very sensitive skin, but this foundation doesn't irritate me and doesn't give me any sort of breakouts. I quite like it, although I have to say that the SuperStay by Maybelline is still my favourite foundation. I use True Match just as often though, because it's a better match for my skin tone and easier to blend!

What is your favourite foundation?
