Hi guys! If you haven't seen my post about the Viva Glam Gaga lipstick yet, you can find it here. Today I'm going to compare that lipstick to some other similar shades. I heard that the lipstick was similar to Lazy Day from the 'Mac to the beach collection' since they have the same finish and are both pink. Of course I had to check that out myself (luckily I have both of the lipsticks in my collection). I found two other shades that could be a good match as well, so let's take a look!

From left to right we have Nyx Narcissus, Mua shade 4, Mac Viva Glam Gaga and Mac Lazy Day. As you can see, Lazy Day looks a lot warmer than the other shades and probably won't be a good match.

From left to right we have Narcissus, shade 4, Viva Glam Gaga and Lazy Day. Lazy Day is a lot warmer than Viva Glam Gaga, but the other shades are quite similar. Shade 4 has a very moisturising formula though, it's not as pigmented on the lips as Viva Glam Gaga or Narcissus.

Here you can see that Shade 4 is too sheer to be a match, but it does feel great on the lips and if you want a less bright version of Viva Glam Gaga, it would be a great buy (and super cheap, since it's only a pound!). Lazy Day proves again that it is not a match, but Narcissus comes really close. It's the same bright bubblegum shade, although it applies less smoothly than Viva Glam Gaga. On the other hand, Viva Glam Gaga makes the little flaws of my lips stand out more. But if you're looking for something similar to Viva Glam Gaga, Narcissus would be a good choice (and it's also pretty cheap, around 2-3 dollar).

So if you're not sure Viva Glam Gaga is going to suit you, if you think that it's too expensive or if you just want a similar shade you could always give Narcissus a try!
