Trind natural nail repair: need strong/healthy nails?
Today I'm going to talk about a nail product I really love: my bottle of Trind nail repair. A couple of months ago my nails were really damaged, so I was looking for some sort of nail hardener to toughen them up. Trind does more than making your nails stronger though, it also makes them healthier. It will help your nails to recover and repair themselves, and for me it really worked. I noticed the change right away, at first I could always 'bend' my nails but after a coat of this I couldn't bend them anymore, they were still flexible, but a little bit of pressure didn't make them bend. This is how they advise you to use the product:
During the first 2 weeks apply one coat daily to the nail like nail polish. Before applying the new coat remove the previous coat with a acetone-free nail polish remover. After the 2 week treatment period, to maintain beautiful strong nails, Trind Nail Repair only needs to be applied once or twice a week as a nail-gloss or as a perfect base-coat.To be honest, I didn't follow those instructions very well. I used it 2-3 times a week as a base coat and I still got the good effects I was hoping for. My nails were really in a bad shape at first, and right now they don't break anymore when I try to unzip my jeans (ha, what a weird example). My nails had a bit of a yellow stain as well (thanks to Acid Yellow from BarryM, such an evil colour!) but it seems Trind helped me to get rid of that too (it isn't on their list of promises, so I'm not fully sure it helps for that). However, my nails are back to how they used to be, just a bit better.
If your nails could use a boost, I really recommend giving Trind a try. For all those ladies wanting stronger nails, or perhaps your nails are damaged and you want to help them to repair themselves, this could be your lifesaver. You can find it in the store (or online) for around 13 euro/19 dollars. Not super cheap, but in exchange for strong and healthy nails I was willing to pay the price. It depends on how often you use it, but I use it 2-3 times a week and after almost 3 months I still have plenty left. I'd definitely repurchase it though!
