My NYX palettes and pencils (swatches!)

I've been wanting to show these for a while now, so here they are! First, I have three of their palettes in store. 2 from the Runway collection and 1 from the For your eyes only collection:

The packaging of these palettes is very classy, they also have a nice big mirror and are perfect for travelling (they pretty much fit in the palm of your hand!). I'll start with introducting Strike a pose:
Strike a pose is the most pigmented one and has a variety of colours. You can find really interesting ones in it, but also a couple of neutral ones which are great for everyday looks. Here are the swatches (applied wet, with no base/primer):
The golden one (number 4) is simply gorgeous, the third one from the top row became also one of my favourites. It looks like an ordinary brown at first but in sunlight it gets an emerald like glow. Here comes Jazz night:
I got Jazz night because I love purples and blues, those colours suit my eyes very well. This palette also works great for smokey looks. Here are the swatches:
I love the first three, they are a great and well pigmented black, blue and silver. My other favourite is the glittery one below, perfect if you want to add some sparkles to your look! Here comes the last one, for smokey eyes:
I just love having this one around, it has a lot of browns and greys which are perfect for smokey looks (of course) but they work for neutral looks as well.
Yup, the first colour is just awful. Chalky, weird, I can't make it look good at all. When I checked other swatches I didn't see anything weird or read about any complaints, so I guess it's just my palette :/ The other colours are quite nice, I love the greys.Next are the couple of pencils I own:
2 jumbo eye pencils in Milk and Black bean and an eye liner in Sapphire. Especially Milk is so versatile, I use it as an highlighter and as a base for my eye shadows. Here are the swatches:
There's not much to say about those pencils, it's just great to have them in your collection. The colour pay off is awesome and they glide on easily. Milk also blends easily when you use it as a base, and it really does make colours pop.Well, that's all for now :) Later this week I hope my Cherry Culture package will arrive with a couple of new NYX lippies! I got a few gorgeous ones from Rimmel earlier today, which I'll probably swatch tomorrow ;)
Do you own any NYX products? Which do you recommend?

Great swatches! The NYX palettes are nice and best of all, affordable.
It is nice to see the swatches as some of them deliver better than I would have imagined.
I ordered 3 jumbo pencils and the 3 different colored eye primers. I still trying to get the primers to perform. I'm getting creasing.
Strawberry Milk and Oyster are lovely colors in the jumbo pencils.
Great swatches!:D Loving the palettes!:D

wow!! the swatches look awesome.. looks like they're amazing palettes!! are all the swatches applied wet? how are they dry??
These look great palettes, i would use all the colours in all three. Thanks for sharing xx
AnNeTtEe: Yes, they are applied wet :) But when I use them for looks I use them dry, the pigmentation is still okay for me when they are dry, but they do look their best when they're wet :)
