I'm super excited to share my new camera with everyone! Until now, I took pictures with my phone and the webcam from my laptop, but I've always wanted a decent camera. Yesterday I ended up looking around in one of those stores specialized in camera's and the man working there asked what I was looking for. 'Something to take nice pictures with, and something that can record a decent video,' I simply answered. First he showed me the Exilim EX-FC10 which was nice, but I totally fell in love with its 'big brother' the Exilim EX-FC100!

This one has high speed burst shooting, which means you can take 30 pictures in just one second. As soon as you hit the button, it already took 10 pictures! I also like the anti-shake function, and it has a little menu where you can pick a subject. If you want to take a picture of your cat for example, you select 'pets' and it automatically changes to the right settings to take the best picture.


In stead of the 'I'm not looking!' ones I usually get when I try to photograph our dog (sometimes her fault, sometimes the fault of a slow phone), I can finally get the picture I want to have.

It also has HD video capability and can even record things in (ultra) slow motion, which looks awesome if you jump up in the air. It also records voices properly, no turning up the volume to the max anymore for me :P

For the ones who are interested, here's a review I found online about this camera. There are a couple video's to show the slow motion effect I mentioned which are pretty cool.

Overall I'm just super happy with it. From now on my pictures will be of a better quality, and if I want to do video's in the future I'll have a good camera for that too. I know some bloggers/youtubers (this one can focus!) out there are looking for a camera, so I wanted to suggest this one. In my country, it's currently on sale (yay!) because they expect newer models soon.
